Welcome to our little slice of heaven, close enough to everything, and yet located in a nice residential neighborhood of Del Haven:

~within approximately a short half a mile walk or a five minute bike ride to the peaceful bay and Norburys Landing for long walks, enjoying nature, crabbing, fishing, searching for sea glass or for just bringing  a chair and relaxing. 

~within approximately a 9 mile drive you can enjoy all the fun of exploring nearby Cape May Beaches, Restaurants, shops and beautiful  historic homes and streets.

-within approximately 8.5 miles of the fun Wildwood Boardwalk and beaches; and within fifteen miles of Stone Harbor and Avalon.

~less than 9 miles you can visit the Cape May Zoo, Historic Cold Spring Village or the Naval Air Station Wildwood Aviation Museum. 

~grab a wine glass and spend the day at one of the 10 local wineries, 2 Breweries and 1 Distillery.

~renovated  first floor full bathroom with brand new soaking tub/tile shower

~brand new beautiful first floor half bath 

~inviting living room with an electric fireplace 

~4 smart tv's for streaming (living room 40” tv and soundbar and 3 bedrooms)

~ heat/air conditioning (wall AC unit in living room to cool main level and individual AC units in each bedroom window)

~board games, cape may and misc beach books, binoculars for bird watching and more
